Set in the near future, Marjorie Prime is a quietly powerful and deeply moving exploration of memory, love, and the stories we tell ourselves to survive. Marjorie, an aging woman losing her grasp on the present, spends her days with a “Prime”—a lifelike artificial intelligence programmed to remember her life alongside her. But as memories are revisited and reshaped, the line between truth and comfort begins to blur.

Tender, thoughtful, and unexpectedly funny, Marjorie Prime asks big questions about humanity, technology, and the legacy we leave behind. A richly intimate play, it invites audiences to reflect on how memory defines us—and who gets to decide which moments endure.

MARJORIE PRIME is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals on behalf of Samuel French, Inc. www.concordtheatricals.com
