Auction winners at this year's fundraiser will vacation in an Italian villa, a Pawley's Island Pier Village oceanfront condo and a "View from the Top" Garden City beach house. They'll hit the rapids in a Perception Tribute kayak and decorate their homes with works of art created by Beth Sager, Diane Hopkins, Judy Verhoevens and Katherine Owen. The villa is listed in the guide book Italy 2009 by Rick Steeves and has been featured on the Fine Living Channel. Buses and trains are within walking distance and taxis are readily available.
Only an hour from Siena , Montalcino wine region, Montepulciano wine region, the Chianti wine region, Florence , Assisi and Arezzo. Fly into either Rome (FCO - 2 hours away) or Florence ( 90 minutes).
