Richard Atkins (David Shapiro) This is Richard’s first appearance at Centre Stage.  Atkins realized early on, “you have to be a triple threat in showbiz.” As a pianist, he was Guy Lombardo’s pianist and one of New York City’s top society cocktail players. As an actor, he has performed Off-Broadway, regional and in summer stock venues. As a playwright, he has written 15 plays & 7 musicals.
